The questions we hear most, answered plainly.

Can I use the My Desk address when setting up my company?

Yes. Sign up for the Virtual Office before setting up the company, choosing "Company being set up". Once the contract is signed, you give our address as the registered office. Then send us the certidão permanente and the RCBE proof.

Does the Virtual Office include access to the space?

No. The Virtual Office is 100% online and does not include an access code. To work in the space, see the Day Pass, the Flex Desk or the Dedicated Desk.

How am I notified when mail arrives?

We photograph the outside of the envelope and let you know by email, WhatsApp and in your My Desk client area. We never open your letters.

What size of parcels do you accept?

Letters and small parcels up to 35 x 25 x 15 cm. We do not accept large parcels.

Can a sole trader sign up?

Yes. All you need is an ID document, proof of address and your tax number (NIF). Check with your accountant whether you need to update any details with Finanças.

What about a private individual with no business activity?

Yes, too. We receive your mail at a stable address. The Virtual Office does not replace your personal tax address.

Why do you ask for documents?

Company domiciliation services are required by law to identify the customer and, for companies, the beneficial owners (Law no. 83/2017). We only use the documents for this and for the contract.

Can I cancel?

The contract is monthly or yearly and renews automatically. To end it, just give one month's written notice. Remember to change your registered office first.
