Personal details

The person who signs the contract. Start with the identity document: we read the details automatically and check that the document is valid.

Citizen card, passport, residence permit or identity card. Upload a sharp, straight photo without glare of the side with the lines of letters and <<< symbols (on the Portuguese Citizen Card it is the back). On a phone you can take the photo on the spot.

Beneficial owners and mail alerts

Portuguese law requires service providers to companies to identify the beneficial owners: the people who own or control, directly or indirectly, at least 25% of the company (Law 83/2017).

Where should we send mail alerts?

Every time a letter arrives, we send a photo of the envelope to the contact email and, if you gave a mobile number, by WhatsApp too.

Upload your documents

Photos or PDF are accepted. Large photos are reduced automatically. Documents are only used to validate the contract and meet legal obligations. On a phone you can take the photo on the spot.

Review the contract

This is the draft with your details. Once everything is validated, we send the final contract for digital signature.

The contract is in Portuguese, with an English translation below it for reference. The Portuguese version prevails.

What happens after you submit

  1. We check your details and documents.
  2. You receive the contract by email, sent by My Desk through Google, to sign electronically. Open the email and follow the steps; if you cannot find it, check your spam folder. If you prefer, you can sign with the Portuguese Chave Móvel Digital.
  3. We send the payment details by email.
