The coworking room has wide desks, ergonomic chairs, floor-to-ceiling windows and plants everywhere. With only 8 desks, it stays quiet all day.
Next door you have the kitchen, with a coffee machine and microwave, and the lounge for breaks or informal chats. For calls and meetings there is a glass-walled meeting room you can book when needed.
As a resident you get a personal code on the door app and can come in at any time, every day of the year.

Can I try before signing?
Yes. Book a free visit or try a coworking day for €20.
Is there a minimum term?
The contract is monthly or yearly and renews automatically for the same period. To end it, just give written notice one month before the end of the period.
Can I register my company office here?
Yes. The registered office address and mail handling are included in the Dedicated Desk plan.
How does 24/7 access work?
You get a personal code on the door app. It works at any time and is non-transferable.
Do prices include VAT?
No VAT is charged. Prices are exempt under article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Ask in writing 30 days in advance and the change applies from the next renewal.
