Where should we send mail alerts?

Every time a letter arrives, we send a photo of the envelope to the contact email and, if you gave a mobile number, by WhatsApp too.

I authorise My Desk to photograph the outside of envelopes received and send me the photo by email, WhatsApp and in your My Desk client area. Letters are never opened.

Upload your documents

Photos or PDF are accepted. Large photos are reduced automatically. Documents are only used to validate the contract and meet legal obligations. On a phone you can take the photo on the spot.

The contract is in Portuguese, with an English translation below it for reference. The Portuguese version prevails.

What happens after you submit

We check your details and documents.
You receive the contract by email, sent by My Desk through Google, to sign electronically. Open the email and follow the steps; if you cannot find it, check your spam folder. If you prefer, you can sign with the Portuguese Chave Móvel Digital.
We send the payment details by email.
